Hi Gang; In an earlier post, people were asking about the way small bales are moved in England. Nowadays very few small square bales are made, but this unit was very popular. Bales are stacked with flat-8 handler, 8 rows high which gives a vertical stack of 64 bales. The trailer frame is raised to vertical by a ram, the trailer reversed so that the sides wrap around the stack, then rams squeeze the stack tight. The trailer is lowered to horizontal and the whole unit driven back to the farmyard. Cheers David
