Wouldn't the 454 scale with a 1" bore and 1"stroke displace 26.56

The merlin has in round numbers a 6x6 bore and stroke. If linear
dimensions are reduced 75% would the linear distance across the
cylinders be 1.5"? If so and stroke is now 1.5" then
(1.5x3.14x1.5)12 is roughly 85c.i.
I could be wrong.
