Probably normal. When you stop the engine the pump and fan also stop but there is still a big hunk of iron with a lot of heat to dissipate. The result is the cooling system continues to try to dissipate the heat by thermosiphoning and may even boil for a while. If you have a heat indicator you will probably see it rise.
If no other syptoms such as loss of coolant or oil and water in the wrong places I'd let ot go.
