Here is some info from Vintage Farm Tractors by Ralph W. Sanders, The first and only Cletrac wheel type tractor, the GG or General, was built from 1938 to 1941. The General was a tricycle row- crop macine with a single front wheel. It was powered by a Hercules four-cylinder 3 X 4 inch (75X100mm) eingine. Power output at Nebraska was 14.26 drawbar and 19.29 belt hp. The General was sold by the B.F. Avery Company of Louisville, Kentucky., after 1941 and eventually ended up as part of the Mineapolis-Moline product line. Oliver did not need the General since it had its own row-crop tractor.
