PTO: 95 degrees is normally too hot for ice to form as there often is about 30 degree drop in temp across the carb. That temp drop will condense out the water vapor from humid air enough to form water which is sucked into the engine. If the temp is about 30 degrees above freezing then ice crystals\frost is formed which you saw. Maybe you were running at low power load and got a larger temp drop? Anyway, aircraft use a method to preheat air to reduce frost. At 95 degrees I will suggest you shut it off and take a cool beer break fer half hour and let it melt.... HR
