Quite a few of those Dexta Gassers ended up here in Canada as well. We bought one along with a Super Dexta. Didn't keep the gasser very long as the Super would work rings around it, however, like you say, it did run quietly. I think the engine wasn't a Ford, but maybe a "Standard"?
