OT - Kinda funny

I went to the local license bureau to renew my driver's license yesterday. Something tells me they have some problems with parents not watching their children too closely, as this sign was posted: "Unsupervised children will be given a cup of espresso and a free puppy." Thought it was good that a government agency could still have a sense of humor.
