Lucky, you can handle it yourself. It's going to cost me about $6700 per mile in order to keep the neighbor happy. He feels that our 4 strand fence isn't up to standards, and wants to replace it with a new 5 strand. Under state law, I'm obliged to cover 1/2 the cost for the whole project on a "line fence".
