Standing behind the tractor looking ahead on the right side close to where the drawbar attaches to the rear frame and lower and behind the axle is a 3/8 inch pipe plug. It is the check plug for both the transmission and final drive. The oil level should be at this level. If higher your seals on the hydraulic pump leak. Capacity is one or two quart less than 5 gallon. The one or two quart is: does it have a belt pulley drive or not? Most farmers just purchased a 5 gallon pail full of oil and dumped the whole thing in. That way they didn't have a 5 gallon pail setting around with just a little oil unless they had a use for it. 80-90 gear oil will work fine. There is only one fill plug and it is the large plug ahead of the base of the hydraulic pump. Questions?
