I don't know where you are, but around here that is about twice what a 4010 gas is worth, no matter how good it is. You should get a good 4020 diesel for that kind of money. 4010's are about 80 HP. When you get a rebuild kit, I think all you can get are 4020 kits. The sleeves and pistons interchange. So, there wouldn't be a reason to get the smaller bore. I would guess that 4020 pistons would add about 10 HP.
