Had probems like that on 1999 Dodge diesel pulling trailer 11,000 lbs what I did was go to Walmart bought gal Power Service Diesel Kleen put in full tank of diesel. Problem cleared out and keep getting better in running about 100 or more miles. Back two injectors were parsel stop up I keep thinking I had tubro problems.
