They are generically referrred to as reuseable hydraulic hose fittings as apposed to crimped hose fittings. The reuseable fittings are sensitive to the correct hose being used with a particular manufactures fittings. We had some of the fitting come loose on a 3000 PSI, 475 GPM system and so we switched to certified crimped fittings only.
