If the total weight of the load does not excede your vehicles specs for pull and toungue weight.. .. go for it. Make sure the cargo does not excede the trailes gvw.. whish is the gross weight minus the trailer weight.. leaving cargo weight or tare weight..

Are we talking about a 700# riding lawnmower and a couple hundred pounds worth of a bagger and a rake.. or are we talking about a small diesel tractor and 3pt mower weighing 2500#? makes a difference.
