Rods , mains and cam bearings and maybe a new oil pump. in other words it is time to take her down and do a major over haul . Now are you running the correct oil in a Detroit ??? they don't do well with a 10-30 they need a 30 weight seires three oil this may help . The older 2 stroke detroit was one that did not carry much over 40 lbs wide open and down to 10 -20 at idel .
