MF 35 will not completly go into gear

Thanks for helping with the gas problem. I now have another issue. The tractor will not go into high first gear. It barley will run in low first gear. It appears to be shifting but won't move.I'm thinking possibly a transmission issue. It will crawl in first,but with the bushhog down it will not move.Raise the bushhog and it will start creeping again.Need suggestions.
