Which modle eo you have? If it is the larger oen (model 30 or 31) the liftall doesn't hold enough fluid to raise it all the way and needs lines running form the upp0er end of the cylinders to the resorvoir fill to return fluid that is stored in the umpper ends of the pistons to give enough fluid to lift all the way.
