I think the unit code # is actually like the one found on my 2000 series and goes more like this: 1J66B (1 is the day of month, J is the month [A is Jan., B is Feb., etc.], 66 means 1966 and B is the shift). Laymond Lewis in the origional post mixed up the year and day of month otherwise my tractor was built on the 66th day of October? :)
