Hi Guys, Here is the reason real estate is cheap out here in the desert. This is really pathetic! Did 36 acres this morning and 10 to go after lunch. Good news is that I won't have to look at it anymore. :>) Mower is just singin' along and the little junk-yard-dog tractor is just a hummin' along in tune. :>) Allan
