Hi guys, I have a Ford 1700 that I just recently purchased and when I tried the tractor out before buying it, I pushed it up against a pole and all four tires spun. Now, a couple of weeks later, I perform the same test and only the rears spin. I popped the top plate off to see if the shifter was fully engaging the 4wd and everything seems good on the shifter end. The tractor only has 1800 hours on it, so I"m a little surprised that it"s having an issue with it, but I understand that tractors eventually do break down, some sooner than others. Anybody have any advice on things to check? Or perhaps some possible causes of this problem? Thanks in advance! -Tim
