International 374

I'm new to tractors so please excuse my ignorance. I've just acquired an International 374, (at least that's what it says on the bonnet). It's in a pretty grotty state so I'm trying to track down possible sources for parts, I can't read the plate on the engine. Before I can even begin I'm having problems sorting out the McCormick/IH/Case mix of names. Can anyone point me to a model list for International so I can sort out the possible year for this.
