I'm in Ohio and ALL THE AMISH DO NOT HAVE SAFTEY DEVICES. The ones that do use laterns are darn hard to see,just about useless in fog. Many around me use nothing in the daytime either.They get away with alot more than you and I. Not alot of common sense in all that legaleze !
Is everyone to have a lawyer with them at all times ? Seems that's what the world is coming to.
