Truck gearing / road speed

Howdy,,Looking for a truck geek...I've got a Ford F-600 service truck[ loaded,loaded,loaded ] My problem is this; I need to find out what my road speed will be with this combination;
361 V-8 , 5 speed trans[ not overdrive ]1 to 1, Spicer 7231C auxilliary O.D. transmission with .86 overdrive , 680 rear gears and 40" tall tires [ 10-22.5 ] at lets say 2500 engine RPM.. I need to get a speedo cable for the aux. trans to get the speedo to work..If I can't come up with a cable for it , I can use the tachometer as a speedo in the mean time...
