Caterpiller Fifteen?

Hi folks - complete newbie here, but I've had some experience with mechanical stuff, here and there. Have a deuce and a half, a couple of Dodge WC's, and I just bought a Caterpiller fifteen and a small disc harrow, whole setup for $250. Tractor hasn't run in 25 or so years, but most of it's there - it's missing the carb, spark control, and what looks to be a couple of other bits and pieces. I'm hoping it at least rolls so I can get it to my property. Does anyone have any tips that I should be looking for with this machine? Never having had one, I'd appreciate any and all advice from those more experienced. Thanks!
