Anyone have any suggestions for adding a braking method for a Bobcat 371? Would something from another, similar Bobcat (310?) retrofit on a 371? Or, does anyone have any suggestions for fabricating something? I've thought about using a drum brake system on two or all of the axles, similar to JD 170, etc., but not sure what could be made to fit. The best method for actuating would be something connected to the steering levers, like on a cycle. Any recommendations? Other than running the machine in the opposite direction to slow and stop it, there doesn't appear to be any other method for braking. If there's nothing that can be done, I'll use it on the level or sell it for something else. Just wanted to explore all of the options.
