where are you in south-bend? I live about half hour south right off 31.. what kind of co-op you looking for? I know where one might be for sale.. E4 I think.. but it is REAL nice and would cost you a mint, where talking about 3,000-4,000 if that cheep.. there is a tractor jnk yard not too far away from you.. hineys... not sure where it is now.. wes.. by bremen I think..
you could get quite a few cheep there.. if you want to know more let me know and I could find out where it's at.. not been there for QUITE awhile...
