I would go for it. Like others say, there would be some who would look down their noses at you, but the majority would love seeing an original tractor. A litle rust and faded paint shows the life of the tractor. It's earned its keep, and still is. I don't know of many tractors with flashy paint jobs that are still working hard. Leaving it original retains an extra element of character, and I think a lot of people like to see that.
