If you find an issue of JR Hobbs book "Little Giants" and 30 series 2nd edition. You will get a pretty fair understanding of the tractor's origins.
There were some even 1010 articles printed in both the Green Magazine and the Two Cylinder Club. You maybe able to get back issues or at least reprints.
