You should have at least the last few feet of the frame blasted (or use an air scaler) so you can inspect for cracks and measure wall thickness in a few spots. I would draw the line at 80-85% of the original frame thickness and add plating accordingly. If you had enough corrosion to destroy that hitch your frame can't be any better. landlord7012
