Super 55 lift problems

After I got my tractor back from rebuild, I have noticed that my 3 point wont lift with weight. If nothing is hooked up and I rev the tractor up the lift will slowly lift, and will hold up weight, but will not lift any weight. What I was wondering is if there is a filter which could be clogged to cause this, I hope its not any of the pumps. Any help would be appreciated.
