Denver one and a half inches since first of January
State engineer just shut down 400 irigation wells in south platte river drainage. How would you like to have 1000 acres of beets, letice, etc planted and then have all your wells shut down? Some thing about having to let the water go down the river. Water rights from mountains are worth more than the crops they will grow. Cities taking all they can get.
