In Internet Options on the General tab, under Tempory Internet files, click Settings. Then the Settings block comes up, click View Files. A new window will come up with all the stored cookies that are on your computer. You can then delete or save cookies at your discretion. For websites that you use regularly save them. Others can be safely deleted. Also under the Advanced tab, under Security there is a box you can check to "Delete Temporary Files when Browser is closed". This will automatically delete the files when you close your Browser. SpywareBlaster is a freeware download that will automatically block cookies from unwanted places. It works in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Netscape. Both Firefox and Netscape have provisions in their Browser that allow the User to Allow, Allow for Session, or Block cookies. Works well, but can be a pain in the rear until you figure it out. This can be done in IE also, but it is not nearly as User friendly as the others.
