Well as far as a seat goes they don't get much better then a K&M and for the shifter well IMPO it is the worst shifter set up on any of the binders and what is wrong with yours i have know idea as i can not see it for myself . Best bet is to get and I T manual for that tractor and study up on it and start looken for the problem up at the top and work your way on down to the cover and beleive me you will learn some new words.
