Railroad Luggage Rack Cart???

Today, I went to a small retirement auction. There, there was a railroad luggage cart. It is a Courtesy Union Pacific tote. Which, this actually came from my home town. The thing just looks great and is all origonal all the way around. I paid $125.00 for it. Is that too much money for this? Is there anywhere where I can get more information on this item? Thanks for all of your help!
