Your statements are wrong and wrong. My 1966 IH cub left the factory with a 12v negatively grounded generator... ( 66 was the first year for that with cubs.. ) Also.. there are examples of both 6v, and 12v positive ground alternators.. as well as case isolated alternators that do not use the chassie as a direct ground reference. Hit a delco alternator chart.. you will se a few examples of positive ground alternators... Soundguy
