From what I can recall, these tractors were Fiats built in Argentina. Some outfit bought up a quantity of them as well as some spare parts and imported them to the U.S. and tried to sell them at bargain prices. People stayed away in droves. For some reason Fiat wanted no part of the deal. Certain models of Allis (5040 and 5050, I think) and Oliver (1250?) of the same age were Fiats,parts MIGHT be interchangeable. Hope this helps some.
