Yes I found that when I put a timming light on it was loosing spark and then if the spark came back fast enought it would continue to run. Any way I unbolted the mag. and took the assembly off when I removed the points they were pited. Then I took the coil out then when I removed the nut and removed the condenser I found that the wire comming from the coil was not on the condenser stud but under the stud I hope this was the problem. I put new points in and gaped them at .020 is that right. Thanks Dennis
