Hi AT, You might want to confirm that DOT changed the rules in 1/05 that all rolling loads have to be bound by four independant "chains" per piece of equipment. I would also say I've never lost any load in over 40yrs until last year when I tied down a load with straps. Do a search for "Lost Load" and "Lost Load Part II" on this forum. T_Bone
