You will find out that 16.9x38 is WAY too much tire for a HYDRO. Tried that on my H70-312, and quickly returned to 15.5s. A 14.9 on a wider rim would make a gasser bog. The 13.6s are a good match for your gasser. Somebodt speced it that way when new, and he knew what he was doing. ....QR..
