Can you get us some pictures. If nothing else send them to my e-mail. I have both 300Us and 350Us. I can try and take a look for you. I had to replace that small ball pivoit on a 300 awhile back. It gets worn. Case/IH still has them in stock. Check the front end alignment and pump up the ties to 30PSI. And like OLD said, make sure shes lubed right. I normally don't even try to turn the wheel on my non-PS 300U unless it's moving. Getting old and weak I suppose.
