Paint or original, which do you prefer?

Things are slow, and I have to kick up the mud a little bit. What do you guys prefer to see, vintage tractors with a new paint job, or in original working clothes? If painted, with or without clear-coat? If original, with as many of the dings and dents taken out as possible, or with all the "character marks" left on?

Try to keep the fist fighting to a minimum. Don't want you guys to get too many black headlights or bloody precleaners. ;-)
