Promo-model cub?

Hey everyone,
I've got a '52 cub that's in pretty good shape. It has an orange triangle on the hood starting at the grill and pointing back. I It comes to a point right before the air cleaner. I'm wondering if it is just some previous owners creative paint work or if it's some sort of promo or specialized model. I can't find any info anywhere about it. Can someone help?!!
