You are answering your own question,if you want it tobe standard Cat.2 then you put 1 1/8 pins on it and then USE the sleeves for the quick hitch because other wise you will have to have a tractor with Cat.3 hitch.(lower links anyway)You HAVE TO RUN SLEEVES WITH A QUICK HITCH because the Cat 2 pins WILL NOT STAY IN A QUICK HITCH.
