O/T update 427 replaced 366

and HOW! GMC top kick drives like a race car now. Bought rebuilt long block, switched stuff from 366, replaced exhaust manifold on 1 side & a lot more than I thought I'd have to (ain't it always the way!), spent 2 months doing a weeks work, spent my inheritance, but its the same as a new truck. By next year, I hope to have enough money saved up to run it! Thanks for all the good advice.
