i have used poison from tractor supply that comes in bait packs. one bite kills rats and mice and the bait pack can be thrown into places that pets cannot go(as in the pvc pipe mentioned in an earlier post) found a dead rat in my shed that was still trying to store more of the poision in a quart jar when he died, had about an inch of poison in the jar at the time. name of the poison is rampage or something like that. lol
