Hi Gary, Yes, it's darned nice ground and that's why everyone and his uncle was puttin' up a pivot on every quarter. Until the state stepped in and put and end to that little practice. :>( Oats, if they don't get hailed will only make 30 bushel, I would guess. I'm just using the oats as a nurse crop for the alfalfa. Planted the other half of the field to straight alfalfa last fall and really didn't like that approach. Allan
