Tire Paint

Under the articles there is a article about Tire paint that is supposed to fill in cracks and make them look like brand new tires. The site they have to buy if off of is M. E. Miller. The only way they take orders is through the phone but the number they have listed is wrong. Does anyone know where i can get a product like this on the internet? Would wal-mart, napa, or advanced auto sell something like that?
