Probably one of two things.The pilot bearing needs replaced of the clutch fingers are not adjusted correctly.Its an outsideshot,but the springs might need to be replaced.I would guess someone is not good at adjusting the finger height.It can be tricky sometimes if you don't really watch to place the finger height tool correctly.
