Mounting Rear Tires

Well, I finally found a set of old tires for my JD B. They're not much, but I just want to get the tractor off the ground. I ordered tubes at $36.11 a piece and I plan on sandblasting and priming the inside of the rims where the tires and tubes will be. I won't be using any ballast liquid as of right now. I also plan on mounting the tires myself. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions for me? Any help is appreciated. Thank you much.
