Maybe you better take another look at those specs. The Triton V-10 makes nearly 90% of its torque at 1500 rpms. That is nearly 400 ft lbs at just above idle. If you can find any gas engine that comes anywhere close to those numbers, please let us know. The V-10 outclasses the 460 in every conceivable categor, and gets much better gas mileage. Might take a look at Ford-trucks.com for further proof.
