You most likely have CACL in the tires. It causes rust if you get a leak in the tube, and also kills grass and any other growing things so be careful if and when you drain it out. But you will also probably find if you drain it that you will not do as well with the tracor as you do now its there for weight and traction. If you do want to drain it find some place you don't want ny thing to grow for a year or 2 and drian it and then wash the rims off real good. Just pull the valve out and it will drain on its own
